Let AI help you reply faster on WhatsApp automatically. This beta feature can respond to common questions, set expectations, and keep customers engaged even when you're unavailable.
How to Use It
Go to Inbox > Automations
Set Ice Breakers
Ice breakers are clickable questions customers see when they first open the chat with you (max 4). They help start the conversation. Examples:
“Where are you located”
“How do I order?”Teach the Assistant
Customize how the AI replies. Set the tone and give example questions, like refunds, pickup hours, or address details.Click "Save".
Important Notes
Once enabled, existing conversations will also start replying automatically.
You can toggle auto-replies on/off in each individual chat.
If you reply from Inbox or WhatsApp Business App, the chat will automatically switch to manual mode.
Automatic reply supports store info by default, such as products, categories, payment methods, delivery methods, etc.
