Automated WhatsApp are WhatsApp messages automatically sent to your customers or staff either from Take App’s official WhatsApp account or your own WhatsApp Business account. These messages can be triggered by workflows, broadcasts, or other settings you configure in your store.

Monthly quota is given to paid plan users
Premium plan: 100 / month
Business plan: 1,000 / month
If you exceed your monthly quota, Business Plan users can enable pay-as-you-go billing at $0.05 per additional message.
Note
If you're on $1 trial, you will not be able to send Automated WhatsApp to customers. Only Automated WhatsApp to staffs will be allowed via Take App official account.
However, if you connect your own WhatsApp Business account, you can send Automated WhatsApp to your customers even on $1 trial plan.
