This feature requires Business Plan and WhatsApp Business Integration

You can send broadcast to your customers via your own WhatsApp Business account.

You can use this feature to send marketing messages to your customers - for example, a new discount or product release.

Sending Options

There are two ways to send a broadcast:

  • Send automatically once template is approved by Meta (may take up to 3 days)

  • Send manually after Meta approves the template. Once template approved,

    • Select which customers to send

    • Send immediately or schedule future date and time to send

Choosing Recipients

You can choose who receives your broadcast:

  1. Send to all customers (Max. 500)

  2. Customers with any of specific tags

    1. You can go to Customers page to assign tags to specific customers or use existing tags to select a group of customers

Attach image header in the template

Toggle "Header Image" on to attach a image for your broadcast template.

It is optional to attach an image.

Pausing or Canceling a Broadcast

If you change your mind, you can pause or cancel a pending broadcast by clicking the Pause button in the top right corner.

⚠️ Once the broadcast has started sending—or has already been sent—it can no longer be paused or canceled.
