Add custom items in Mobile POS App

You can add custom items directly in the Mobile POS app when creating an order. This is useful when you want to include items that are not listed in your product catalog.

When should I use this?

  • A product is not set up in your catalog

  • You need to quickly add a one-off item

  • You’re handling special requests or manual orders

How to add a custom item

  1. Go to Checkout in the Mobile POS app

  2. Under Items, tap Add item

  3. Select Create custom item

  4. Enter the following details:

    • Item name

    • Price

    • Quantity

  5. Tap Add to order

The custom item will be added to the cart immediately.

Notes

  • Custom items are not saved to your product list

  • They are only used for the current order
