You can now add payment methods directly from the mobile app, without needing to log in to the admin dashboard.
What's new?
Previously, payment methods could only be set up via the admin dashboard.
Now, you can create and manage them directly in the mobile app for faster setup.
Supported payment methods
QR payment methods
You can add QR-based payment methods such as PayNow and PromptPay.
You can also add QR-image payment methods that require uploading a bank QR — including QRIS, DuitNow, Yappy, D17, and MM QR. These were previously hidden in the mobile app and can now be set up directly from your phone.
Add a QR-image payment method
When adding the payment method, tap Add QR code.
Pick an existing QR image from your photos, or photograph your static bank QR code.
The app reads the QR and saves it as your payment identifier.
At checkout, your storefront automatically generates a QR with the exact order amount for the customer to scan and pay.
Link payment methods
You can add payment methods that use payment links, such as Touch 'n Go (TNG), Revolut, Wise.
USSD payment methods
You can add USSD-based payment methods such as Airtel Money. USSD payment dials are shown as a QR code, for example tel:*233#.
Manual payment methods
Manual payment methods like bank transfer, Custom payment Pay with instruction are now fully supported in mobile. Merchants can add and manage custom payment instructions from the app.
How to add a payment method
Open your mobile app

Capture payment proof (Mobile POS)
For manual-confirm payment methods (such as PayNow QR), staff can capture a photo as payment proof before marking an order as paid.
On the checkout screen, tap Capture payment proof to take or upload a photo as proof.
Once ready, tap Mark as Paid to complete the order.
Note: Capturing payment proof is always optional in Mobile POS. Mark as Paid is always the primary action button, and Capture payment proof is always the secondary button — regardless of the proof settings configured on the payment method itself.
