To reduce low-intent or abandoned orders, you can enable an optional checkout setting that ensures orders remain invisible to your order list until a successful payment is made.
How It Works
When this setting is enabled, all unpaid orders will remain in a “Draft” status and will not appear in your order dashboard. Only once the customer completes payment will the order be converted to a visible status.
This is particularly useful if:
You want to discourage non-serious buyers.
You receive too many abandoned or fake orders.
You prefer to process only confirmed, paid orders.
How to Enable
Go to your Admin Dashboard.
Click on Settings.
Click on Checkout and find the section "Payments"
Toggle on the option “Keep status draft until paid.”
