Manage orders

You can view and manage your orders from the Admin Dashboard. Go to Admin > Orders > All. You can manage order status, payment status and fulfillment status of all your orders.

Filter Orders by Payment Status

Use the filter buttons at the top to quickly sort orders by payment status:

  • All

  • Unpaid

  • Confirming payment

  • Paid

Update Order Status

You can update order statuses individually or in bulk from the Order meny

Edit from Order Menu

  1. Select the checkbox next to one or more orders.

  2. Click Action > Change status.

  3. Choose the appropriate status. See our step-by-step tutorial for more details.

Edit from Order Detail Page

Click on an individual order to access the Order Details Page. From there, you can:

  • Update order, payment and fulfillment statuses, view or add comments and notes, add delivery tracking and more.

Bulk Edit Orders

If you want to update multiple orders at the same time, click the Bulk edit button at the top right of the Orders page. With bulk edit you can change order status, payment status, and fulfillment status; add or update courier name and tracking number, write or edit internal notes.

Status Definitions

Order Status

  • Pending – Order received but not yet confirmed

  • Confirmed – Order confirmed by the seller

  • Completed – Order fulfilled and closed

  • Cancelled – Order canceled by seller or customer

Payment Status

  • Unpaid – No payment received

  • Confirming payment – Customer clicked "I have paid" for manual payment

  • Partially paid – Partial payment received

  • Paid – Full payment received

  • Refunded – Payment has been refunded

Fulfillment Status

  • Unfulfilled – Order has not been prepared or shipped

  • Ready – Order is ready for pickup or delivery

  • Out for delivery – Order is on the way

  • Fulfilled – Order delivered or picked up

Automatic vs Manual Payments

  • When customer completes payment in automatic payment, the payment status will be changed to Paid and order status will be change to Confirmed.

  • When customers click "I have paid" in manual payment payment status will be changed to Confirming payment and order status is still in Pending.
