Subscription Products are finally a feature we offer on Take App!
With this, you can create a product with recurring delivery date. Your customers can pre-pay for products for the next 4,8, or 12 deliveries. We also provide settings for you to offer discounted prices for your customers should they choose to subscribe.
1. How do I Create a Subscription Product?
Creating a Subscription Product is easy.
Go to Admin > Products > Create Product
Change the Type to "Subscription"
2. How do I Adjust Settings for Subscription Product and Provide Discount?
Go to the Product Settings page.
After changing product type to "Subscription", check the "Subscription Options" card just below it.
You can now set the frequency of delivery, with "Every week" being the most frequent, and "Every 4 weeks", being the least frequent.
You can also set the number of times to deliver the product per billing.
If customers choose to prepay for more deliveries, you may choose to offer them a higher discount rate, such as in the image above, which offers 10% discount for 12 deliveries.
Ticking the above settings will result in the following product options for your customer.
3. What happens if a customer creates a subscription Order?
If customer chooses the settings in the image above, it will first appear in the invoice and Whatsapp Order message like so.
You as a merchant, can see the details in your Order Dashboard as well.
3. But here's where the magic happens! If you choose to accept the subscription order (before or after payment), you can change the "Pending to Confirmed"
4. Take App will automatically create 4 fulfillments for you to fulfill your customers' delivery! Each will have its own delivery tracking details.
5. Delivery dates are automatically calculated for you. This is a convenient way for you to figure out, and then monitor whether or not you've delivered the item to your customers.
5. Besides that, Take App will also list down the subscription that your customer has in the customer detail page so that you will not forget it.
6. Once you've fulfilled all orders, we'll also automatically change your final Order status to fulfilled.
