This guide will walk you through the process of how payment proof works on our platform.

Start by navigating to the payment method page during checkout. Here, you can select your preferred payment method.



Let's assume you made the payment with provided QR code or link. The next step is to upload proof of payment. You can do this by dragging and dropping the file into the designated drop zone.



Once the payment proof is uploaded, you can select the "I have paid" option.



If you navigate to the invoice, you will see that the status of the payment has changed to "confirming payment".



You can view the uploaded payment proof in the order history. Clicking on it will display a larger image of the payment proof.



I navigated to another order which is not paid yet. You can see uploading payment proof is optional.



To make uploading payment proof mandatory, go to the payment settings and select the payment method.



You will see an option to require payment proof. Select this option and save your changes.



Refresh the existing payment page. You will see that uploading payment proof is now required.
