Accept credit cards

To enhance your business transactions, accepting credit card payments is essential. Once you subscribe to a paid plan on Take App, you can utilize payment methods that support credit cards. Most automated payment methods offer credit card payments, ensuring that the payment status is automatically updated via API integration with the payment gateway.

Supported Payment Gateways

Depending on your country, select the appropriate payment gateway from the following list that supports credit card payments:

- Stripe (Global)
- PayPal (Global)
- Xendit (Indonesia, Philippines)
- RazorPay (India, Malaysia)
- MercadoPago (LATAM)
- PayFast (South Africa)
- PayStack (Africa)
- DPO (Africa)

Steps to Start Accepting Credit Cards

Create an Account with the Payment Gateway
To start accepting credit card payments, you first need to create an account with the payment gateway of your choice. This process involves a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, where you may be required to submit documents to prove your identity or your company's authenticity.

Documentation and Verification
Prepare the necessary documents for KYC verification.
Submit the required documents to the payment gateway.

Integrate the Payment Gateway with Take App
Once your account is verified, integrate the payment gateway with Take App using the API. Here are the general steps to follow:
- Log in to Your Take App Account: Navigate to the integration section.
- Choose Your Payment Gateway: Select the payment gateway you have registered with.
- API Integration: Follow the integration guide specific to your chosen payment gateway. Detailed integration guides are available at our Help Center.

After integration, ensure to test the payment process to confirm that everything is working correctly. Make a test payment to verify that the transaction status updates automatically.
