If your subscription payment has failed, don’t worry — you can quickly resolve this by updating your payment method or choosing an alternative payment option.

Why is my payment failing?

It’s usually due to an issue with your card or bank. Here are some common things to check:

  • Ensure your card or bank account has sufficient funds

  • Make sure your card supports recurring (subscription) payments

  • Contact your bank to unblock or approve charges from Take App

  • Replace your card if it has expired or been canceled

  • Consider switching to a yearly plan to reduce the chances of frequent payment issues

Once everything is in order, you can retry your payment or choose an alternative payment method below.

💳 Retry Payment with Credit Card

To retry your payment using a credit card:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Click on Billing

  3. Update your card details or retry the payment (the open invoice)

This is the fastest way to restore your subscription.
