The Explore tab is a flexible data explorer that lets you analyze your order data in more detail. You can customize what you see by applying filters, choosing metrics, and grouping your data.
You can find it in your dashboard under: Analytics > Explorer
What is Analytics Explore?
Explore allows you to:
View and analyze order data in a table format
Filter data based on specific conditions
Compare metrics like orders and sales
Group data by different dimensions
This gives you more control compared to standard reports.
How to use Explore
At the top of the page, choose the time period you want to analyze.
Choose metrics: On the right panel, you can select what data to display:
Orders
Sales
You can enable one or both depending on what you want to analyze.
Group your data: Under Grouped by, you can organize your data by:
Time
Product
Customer
Then choose how the data is displayed:
Day
Week
Month
Apply filters. You can refine your data using filters:
Order status (Draft, Pending, Confirmed, Completed, Cancelled)
Payment status (Unpaid, Confirming payment, Partially paid, Paid, Refunded, Voided)
Fulfillment status (Unfulfilled, Ready, In transit, Out for delivery, Fulfilled, Partially fulfilled)
View results. The table updates automatically based on your selections. You’ll also see a total summary at the bottom.
Export data
Click Export to download your data in CSV format for further analysis.
Where are my existing reports?
Your existing reports are still available under:
Analytics > Reports
When should I use Explore?
Use Explore when you want to:
Break down sales by specific filters
Analyze trends over time
Compare performance across products or customers
Get more detailed insights than standard reports
