How to check analytics

To access Analytics, go to Admin > Analytics

Understanding your analytic metrics

  • Page Views (Old): This metric tracks the total amount your storefront page was viewed before February 6, 2025

  • Page Views: This metric tracks the total amount your storefront page was viewed after February 6, 2025

  • Visits: This metric tracks the total number of unique 30 minute user sessions for your storefront.

  • Orders Over Time: This represent the total number of orders (excluding cancelled) by date

  • Sales Over Time: This metric tracks the total sales (paid or partially paid orders) by date. . It's important for tracking growth and identifying high or low sales periods.

  • Abandoned Orders: This metric calculates the total number of orders that customers started but did not complete. Tracking this helps identify potential issues in the checkout process or areas for re-marketing efforts.

  • Average Order Value (AOV): AOV calculates the average amount spent by each customer during in a single checkout transaction.

  • Products by Orders: Displays which products were ordered the most during a specific time. This helps identify your top-selling products.

  • Products by Inventory: Tracks your inventory levels by product, showing how much stock is available

  • Products by Profit: Shows which products are generating the most profit. Profit is determined by subtracting the cost per item from the price presented to customers

  • Product Categories by Orders: This metric tracks the best selling categories filtered by order creation dates

  • Customers by Orders: Shows the top customers based on the number of orders (excluding cancelled orders). It helps identify loyal or repeat customers.

  • Customers by Store Credits: Shows the customers who have the highest balances of store credits.

  • Customers Who Are Inactive: Pinpoints top customers with no purchases in the last month or more, highlighting their most recent order date. This metric helps identify potential opportunities for re-engagement.

  • Customers Who Refund Frequently: Identifies customers with the highest number of refunds. It helps in tracking problematic customers or understanding patterns in why products are returned.

  • New Customers by Date: Shows the daily number of customers making their first orders. This is helpful for tracking customer growth over time.

  • Delivery by Orders: Shows the most frequently selected delivery, filtered by order creation dates. This helps analyze customer preferences for shipping options.

  • Delivery by Delivery Time: Displays the peak delivery times filtered by order creation dates

  • Payment Methods by Orders: Shows the most popular payment methods filtered by order creation dates. This helps understand customer preferences for payment options.

  • Top Discounts: Tracks which discounts or promotional codes have been used the most. This helps measure the effectiveness of your promotions.

  • Top Referrers: Shows the top referrers by number of page views during a date range.
