Updated this week

Please terminate your plan before deleting your store. Deleting your store will not automatically downgrade your plan.

How to cancel subscription plan

  1. Go to Settings > Billing > Click on the ... (three dot) button, next to "Manage subscription" button.

  2. Now click on the option "Cancel subscription"

  3. A pop-up window will open with important information regarding your subscription and cancellation procedure. Make sure to read them and click on the checkbox to accept the conditions. Then, click on "Confirm cancellation" button.

  4. If your subscription has been cancelled, you will see a red notice that says “Will be cancelled at [date]”. This means your plan is scheduled to end at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again after that date. You will continue to have access to your plan features until the billing cycle ends.

Important notes:

  • Your plan will be active until the end of your billing cycle

  • If you cancel your plan, you will be downgraded to Free plan (50 orders/month)

  • Once plan is cancelled, WhatsApp automation stops

  • Business features (including staff accounts, payments and unlimited images) will be removed

  • Past-due and usage charges will be billed. Unused quota will expire.

FAQ

Why I am still charged after I unsubscribed?
We stop charging for next subscription fee but you are still liable to pay subscription fee which already started. For example, your subscription start date is 1 March and you cancelled subscription on 15 March. As your March subscription was already started and it will be ended in the end of March, you still need to pay the subscription fee of March. You will be not charged anymore on 1 April onward.

What If I cannot see the "Cancel plan" button?
If when trying to cancel you don't see the option to cancel your plan or you're redirected to a chat with our team, please send us a message so we can help you with your subscription.
