You can close your store temporarily. Your customers will not be able to add to cart or checkout once this setting is enabled.

 Go to Admin &gt; Settings &gt; Store detail and navigate to "Danger zone" section.

Toggle on <code>Disable checkout</code>. Click <code>Save</code>.
