Order quota
The Basic Plan includes up to 50 orders within a rolling 30-day period.
You can check your current order usage anytime by going to Settings > Billing in your dashboard.
Unlike a monthly reset, your order quota is based on the last 30 days. This means your usage updates continuously as time passes.
For example, if you receive 5 orders today, those orders will no longer count toward your quota after 30 days. As older orders drop off, new quota space becomes available.
What happens when you reach the limit
Once you reach 50 orders within the last 30 days, customers will not be able to place new orders until some of your earlier orders fall outside the 30-day window.
Your online store will remain accessible, and customers can still browse your products. Ordering will automatically resume as soon as your active order count drops below the limit, or if you upgrade your plan.
Image quota
The Basic Plan includes up to 20 images for your website. The image quota is based on the number of times an image is uploaded, not the number of images currently stored in your account. Each upload counts toward your quota at the moment the image is uploaded. Deleting an image later does not reduce or restore the quota used, since the quota tracks upload activity rather than the current total of stored images.
Images uploaded by your clients also count towards your quota (e.g. Upload payment proof).
The image quota resets on a rolling 30-day basis.
