You can integrate Tookan, a delivery management platform, with Take App to automate and manage your delivery workflows more efficiently. This integration allows confirmed orders from your Take App store to be sent directly to your Tookan dashboard for delivery dispatch, tracking, and fulfillment.
Tookan also supports connections to third-party delivery services such as Uber Direct, Grab, UParcel, and Borzo, helping you streamline delivery logistics.
How the Integration Works
Any order marked as Confirmed in your Take App store will automatically appear in your Tookan dashboard.
From there, you can assign agents, schedule deliveries, and track order progress in real time.
⚠️ Make sure to change the order status to "Confirmed" in Take App so that it syncs with Tookan.
How to Set Up Tookan Integration
Go to your Take App admin dashboard and navigate to Settings > Integrations.
Scroll down to the Fulfillment section and click on Tookan.
Enter your V2 API Key and click "Add".

To find your API key, log in to your Tookan dashboard, go to Settings > API Keys, and copy the V2 API Key. Then, return to your Take App settings and paste it into the provided field.
Connect to Uber Direct, Grab, and Others
Tookan supports a range of extensions to connect with third-party delivery providers. To activate an extension:
Go to your Tookan dashboard > Extensions
Select the delivery provider (e.g., Uber Direct, Grab)
Follow the instructions shown on screen
