Search Engine Optimization (SEO) helps improve your store’s visibility on search engines like Google, making it easier for potential customers to find your products or services. By optimizing your website, you can drive organic traffic without relying on paid ads, saving you money and expanding your reach. Good SEO practices not only boost your online presence but also increase your potential for higher sales.

Accessing SEO Settings

Go to Settings > SEO and Trackings
From here, you can manage your store’s SEO, social sharing, and tracking tools.


Store Visibility

At the top of this page, you’ll see an option to Allow store to appear in public directory and search results.

  • When turned on: Your store can appear in Take App’s public directory and may be discoverable through search engines.

  • When turned off: Your store will not appear in public listings or search results.


Social Sharing Image and SEO

This section lets you customize how your store appears when shared online or indexed by search engines.

1. Image Preview

Upload or generate a custom image that will appear when your store link is shared on social media.

2. Home Page Title

Set a title that represents your store. This appears in browser tabs and search results.

3. Meta Description

Add a short description to improve your search ranking and help customers understand what your store offers. Tip: Keep it clear, relevant, and under 160 characters.

4. Favicon

Upload a small icon that appears next to your site name in browser tabs..



Optimize your SEO

  • Use relevant keywords in your title and description.

  • Write concise and descriptive text that reflects your business.

  • Update your content regularly to improve search visibility.

Track Website Activity: Monitor your website's performance and user engagement through multiple channels like Google Analytics, Facebook pixel, and TikTok Pixel.
