Activating loyalty points on your store

This guide explains the process of activating store loyalty points.

  1. Navigate to Settings.

  2. Select Membership.

  3. Choose Enable Rewards.

  4. Set up the Reward Points and click Save to finalize the changes.

Your store's loyalty points are now activated and ready to be earned by your clients.

Distributing loyalty points after the order is fulfilled

This guide will walk you through the process of awarding loyalty points to your customers.

  1. Start by ticking the orders that are eligible for rewards.

  2. Next, click on the Action button.

  3. From the dropdown menu, select Change Status.

  4. Change the order status to Fulfilled.

  5. Click Save to confirm the changes.

  6. Now, navigate to the storefront.

  7. On the top right corner, click on the customer's login account.

  8. Finally, verify that the reward points have been added to the store credit menu

By following these steps, you can easily award loyalty points to your customers.
