WhatsApp Business Integration

This guide provides steps to integrate a WhatsApp Business Account with the Take App store.

Go to Settings > Integrations > WhatsApp



On the WhatsApp Integration page, identify the store you want to connect with.



Initiate the onboarding process with Facebook by clicking on Connect with Facebook.



Select a WhatsApp Business Account. This could be a new account or an existing one.





Upon completion of the Facebook onboarding process, wait for the page to refresh. (Note: It may take a few days for Meta to review your WhatsApp Business Account and sync with Take App)

Once the badge displays Active after syncing, it will present a Send test message option.



Enter the phone number to which you want to send the test message.



Lastly, you'll receive the test message on the provided number. From this point forward, all workflow messages will be dispatched through your WhatsApp Business account.
