Terminate/cancel my subscription plan

Please terminate your plan before deleting your store. Deleting your store will not automatically downgrade your plan.

Go to Admin > Settings > Organization > Billing > Navigate to Billing dashboard area and click Open




In the Billing dashboard, click Cancel plan. Your subscription will be terminated once your current billing cycle ended.

Why I am still charged after I unsubscribed?
We stop charging for next subscription fee but you are still liable to pay subscription fee which already started. For example, your subscription start date is 1 March and you cancelled subscription on 15 March. As your March subscription was already started and it will be ended in the end of March, you still need to pay the subscription fee of March. You will be not charged anymore on 1 April onward.
