Restricting Access

Start by forcing customers to log in before accessing your restaurant:

Step 1: Navigate to Settings.

Step 2: Select Membership.

Step 3: Choose Require Login.

Step 4: Click Save.

After enabling the login requirement, customers must log in to view your store's content.

Customers without an account need to sign up by entering their phone number, name, and email.

Once signed up, customers receive membership details via WhatsApp and can log in to the store.

As the store owner, you're able to see new members and their account details.

For additional control over who can access your store, require membership approval:

Step 1: Go to Settings.

Step 2: Click on Membership.

Step 3: Select Require Membership Approval.

Step 4: Save your changes.

With this setting enabled, customers must wait for approval before accessing your store.

As the store owner, you can approve memberships by navigating to Customers, clicking on a customer's name, and selecting Approve.

Once approved, customers can log in and access your store.

This guide has shown how to control which members can see your store and whether they need to log in and sign up before accessing it.
