Activating loyalty point on your store


This guide will walk you through the process of activating your store loyalty points.

Step 1:

Begin by navigating to the settings section of your store's interface.



Step 2:

Next, select the Loyalty and Rewards option.



Step 3:

Click on the Enable button to activate the loyalty points feature.



Step 4:

Input the percentage amount of rewards you wish to distribute to your clients. (this will be calculated from total amount in the invoice)



Step 5:

Finally, click \`Save\` to apply the changes.



Your store's loyalty points are now activated and ready to be earned by your clients.





Distributing loyalty points after the order is fulfilled


This guide will walk you through the process of awarding loyalty points to your customers.

Step 1:

Start by ticking the orders that are eligible for rewards.





Step 2:

Next, click on the \`Action\` button.



Step 3:

From the dropdown menu, select Change Status.



Step 4:

Change the order status to Fulfilled.



Step 5:

Click Save to confirm the changes.



Step 6:

Now, navigate to the storefront.



Step 7:

On the top right corner, click on the customer's login account.



Step 8:

Finally, verify that the reward points have been added to the store credit menu



By following these steps, you can easily award loyalty points to your customers.
