Email hosting

Take App provides email with your domain when you purchase a domain through our platform. This allows you to use professional domain-based emails like help@yourdomain.com, enhancing your business's credibility. All emails sent to these domain-based addresses are automatically forwarded to your store email, streamlining communication without the need for additional email software such as Google Workspace.

Professional Email Addresses: Use any email prefix like help@, support@, info@, or anything else you prefer. All these emails will be forwarded to your store's designated email address.
Automatic Setup: The email forwarding feature is automatically set up when you purchase a domain through Take App, simplifying the process.
Free Domain with Annual Subscription: Get a free domain when you subscribe to our yearly plan, making it easier to set up a professional email address.

if you purchased your domain before July 2024, please note that automatic setup will not work. For assistance, please contact our support team.

Managing Your Store Email
You can update your store email address at any time by navigating to Settings > Domains in your Take App admin dashboard. This is the address where all forwarded emails will be sent.

Important Notes
Availability: The email forwarding feature is only available on paid plans. If you switch to the Basic (free) plan, this service will no longer be active.
Data Privacy: Take App does not store the content of your emails. To ensure continuous access to your emails, please maintain an active paid plan.
