Additional fields in checkout page
In checkout page, you can ask customers additional information such as add-ons, customer details, or VAT number.
1) Go to Admin > Website > Checkout. Click Add cards button and choose preferred card.
2) Add title and description. You can also make the question as required by enabling Required option.
